Brian Ladyman leads Slalom’s Seattle Customer Engagement and Experience Design teams. He brings over 20 years of marketing/digital experience, much of which has been focused in the high tech industry. His industry and consulting/agency roles include leadership at PeopleSoft, Oracle, A.T. Kearney, McCann Worldgroup, and more. Brian holds an MBA from the Tuck School at Dartmouth. At Slalom, the team skills span User Experience, Visual Design, and Digital/Marketing Strategy.
Vicki Haberman leads Slalom’s Seattle Experience Design team. She brings over 15 years of UX experience across the spectrum of strategy, research and design activities. Her expertise is supported by consulting, public sector and corporate experience as well as PhD from Georgia Tech. Clients range from high-tech industry to healthcare, transportation, consumer goods, and more including AT&T, T-Mobile, Microsoft, City of Seattle, MAKO Surgical, Multicare, Boeing, GE Appliances and First Data.
Jen Travis, Digital Strategy Consultant, Slalom
Jen Travis is a consultant in the Customer Engagement practice at Slalom. She has over 17 years of experience helping organizations deliver brand-defining experiences – involving everything from brand and user research to information architecture and user experience strategy.
